was created in 2007 to deliver professional, creative, and affordable custom tools to small business owners, allowing them to efficiently do what they do best: run their businesses. With industry-standard techniques, well-proven software platforms, and an appreciation for the value of outstanding customer service, Appleseed strives to deliver a quality product that exceeds expectations.

Appleseed Solutions is a member of the Vermont Software Developer Alliance, an association dedicated to fostering a healthy software industry in the state of Vermont. vtSDA supports and promotes a thriving software community where members can share ideas, expertise, and strategies for success, bringing prosperity to all members and to the Vermont economy.

Scott A. Beyer

has been satisfying customers in the software industry since 1990. His work experience runs the gamut from training and tech-support, to software quality assurance, to team development and project management. During his 9 years at FileMaker, a division of Apple, he helped to deliver five generations of the award-winning FileMaker Pro database family and the company’s new personal database, Bento.

Scott is a certified FileMaker developer and member of the FileMaker Technical Network. He is thoroughly enjoying this next phase of his career: a job that lets him exercise creative problem-solving, play with useful new technology, and explore the realm of visual design. When he’s not building things on his MacBook, you can find him building enormous Star Wars ships out of LEGO blocks, experimenting in the kitchen, or enjoying live theater from both sides of the stage.
